You are correct, sorry I should have reinforced that if a Palo customer with active support then you should be able to download from the support portal. Just remember to turn it off! I would disagree, login to the support portal images are there, I just downloaded that image and I am not a partner just a customer. Easiest thing to do is spin up to a 30 day trial instance in AWS or Azure, you only pay for the compute.
